• Beliefs and fears around movement

• What has and hasn't worked before

 

Treatment may include:

• Pain education

• Graded exposure to movement

• Strength and confidence rebuilding

• Nervous system regulation strategies

• Clear flare-up plans

Hands-on treatment is used when appropriate - but it is not the focus.

The focus is helping you regain control.
